Is MoWay really one-time? No subscription?
Yes. Rs 1,499 one-time gets you the full 8-week course and lifetime access to the entire current toolkit. No monthly fees, no surprise renewals. A separate subscription tier (called Connected) will arrive later when we can plug into your bank accounts and other financial services — and founders get 50% off the first year of that.
What does the 30-day refund cover?
If you buy MoWay and decide within 30 days that it's not for you, email us and you get a full refund. No questions, no forms. We only want to keep your money if you're getting value from it.
When does MoWay launch?
The mobile app launches on the App Store and Google Play in 2026. The web app at app.moway.mu opens to founders shortly after. Join the waitlist on any tier above to be notified the moment we're live.
Will it work on iOS and Android?
Yes — both. MoWay is built once and ships to iPhone, Android, and the web. Whichever you use, your data syncs.
How is MoWay different from YNAB, Mint, or other money apps?
MoWay is built specifically for Mauritius — Mauritian rupees, Mauritian salaries, the local tax rules and financial products that actually apply here. International apps weren't designed for the way money works on the island. MoWay is.
Is the course in French too?
The app interface is fully bilingual (English and French). The 8-week course content is currently English only. French course content is on the roadmap for after launch.
What happens if MoWay shuts down?
Your data is always yours and you can export it at any time. If MoWay ever has to stop running, you'll get at least 90 days' notice, and the core app code will be released under an open-source licence so the community can keep it going. Full details in The MoWay Promise.
Why is MoWay built by one person?
