Your data is yours

You can export everything you've put into MoWay at any time, in standard formats. Your budget, your expenses, your goals — they belong to you, not to me.

If MoWay shuts down

If MoWay ever stops running, you'll get at least 90 days' notice and a final window to export your data. And the core app code will be released under an open-source licence, so the community can keep it running for anyone who wants it.

This isn't because I expect MoWay to fail. It's because you're paying for something you should be able to trust will outlast me.

If MoWay is acquired

If MoWay is ever taken over by a new owner who keeps it running, this promise transfers with the company. It only triggers a source release if the product is permanently shut down — never just because ownership changed.
